Stock Analysis Application With E-Trade Integration

Most stock trading platforms are complicated and very difficult to understand for the layman. The client wanted to create a stock trading application which was user-friendly and could provide sentiment analysis, thus enabling customers to make informed decisions on good buy and sell options. The client needed a solution that could handle things like stock information, stock price, alerts, portfolio management, market searches, etc.

We shipped a React + WebSocket trading workstation wired directly into E-Trade's OAuth-secured APIs, with a Redis-backed tick cache, a FinBERT sentiment overlay, and a paper-trading sandbox that mirrors live order routing without putting capital at risk.

The platform achieved significant improvements in both user experience and operational efficiency. The 30% reduction in user drop-off rates was a direct result of the enhanced usability and integration of sentiment analysis, leading to more engaged users. Additionally, the platform's real-time trading capabilities, powered by the E-Trade API, allowed for faster, more informed trading decisions.
