Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use comparable technologies such as pixels, local storage, and session storage. Throughout this policy we refer to all of these as "cookies".
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to operate the site, plus optional cookies for analytics, marketing measurement, and functional enhancements (chatbot, translation). Optional cookies only load after you grant consent through our cookie banner or preferences modal.
3. Your choices
On first visit you can choose "Accept all" or "Customize". You can revisit and change your choices at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may break parts of the site.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties we work with (Google, Meta, PostHog, Happierleads, ChatNest). PostHog is loaded through our own subdomain (analytics.app.emcee.it) to reduce cross-site tracking, but the service is operated by PostHog Inc. and governed by its privacy policy. Once a third-party script has loaded in a session, withdrawing consent will stop further first-party event dispatch but cannot retroactively unload the script - close the tab to fully end that session.
