    • Policy-aware leave engine: Accruals, carry-overs, and tenure rules apply automatically; the portal blocks requests that would breach company policy.
    • Inbox-style approvals: Line managers triage requests on phone or desktop, with escalation rules if a request sits longer than 48 hours.
    • Shift rostering board: Drag-and-drop weekly rosters with conflict detection against approved time-off.
    • Payroll export: One-click export to CSV/XLSX matched to each pay-cycle close date, with deltas highlighted.
    • Audit ledger: Every punch edit, leave decision, and policy override is signed and immutable.
